بما أننا نبيع منتجات غذائية، فإننا نؤكد لعملائنا الكرام أننا لا نقبل أي إرجاع أو استبدال بعد الشراء. في حال وجود خطأ في الطلب، أو تلف المنتج أو عدم مطابقته للوصف، يحق للعميل رفض استلام الطلب عند الاستلام.

في حال رفض العميل استلام الطلب بسبب خطأ أو تلف في المنتج، فسيتم التعامل مع الحالة بشكل فردي وفقًا للظروف.
